  • Required: Email address, Name, Profile picture (Google Account Info)
  • Optional: Google Sheets data (Only from files explicitly selected by the user)

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

Collected personal information is used for the following purposes:

  • User identification and service provision
  • Image template generation via Google Sheets data integration
  • Service usage record verification and prevention of abuse

3. Compliance with Google User Data Policy

This Service complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy. Google Sheets data accessed through files you explicitly select is handled as follows:

  • Google Sheets data is used ONLY for image generation in the user's browser and is NOT permanently stored on any server.
  • Files are selected by the user through Google's file picker. The app can only access files you explicitly choose.
  • Collected data is NOT shared with third parties or used for advertising purposes.
  • Data is NOT read or analyzed by humans.

4. Retention and Use Period

In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay after the purpose of collection and use is achieved. However, if it is necessary to preserve it under relevant laws, it will be stored for the required period.

5. User Rights

Users may request to view, correct, delete, or suspend the processing of specific personal information at any time, and may withdraw consent by disconnecting their Google account.
